We take care since the origin of the fishing, being immediately frozen, then directly transported to our plant and carefully elaborated in such a way that the final product is daily delivered to our clients with the best quality.
Mainly dedicated to the cephalopods elaboration, semi-conservated, fitted, with installations of 1500m2, its own cold-storage, elaboration rooms and ice-factory.
The process of preparation of its products is done in its elaboration rooms, following the most strict controls of quality, according to the hygienic-healthy controls norms of the C.E.E. (HOMOLOGATION Nº12.08601/V C.E.E.) having a wide logistics and distribution net, for all its products arrive daily to the main markets of Spain and Europe, in the most optimal levels of freshness and quality.
